These Terms of Service apply to your use of the NexaDigital online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

NexaDigital sells commercial heavy equipment and machinery, including lawn mowers, tire changers, snow blowers, sheds, chainsaws, lifts and jacks, trailers, generators, pressure washers, and log splitters. Prices are shown in United States dollars and do not include any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Product information, including specifications and availability, may change without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the equipment at the listed price. We confirm your order by email after payment is accepted. We may cancel an order before shipment, for example where an item is unavailable or an address cannot be served, and we will refund your payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment provider shown at checkout. You must provide accurate payment and billing information. If payment cannot be processed, we cannot complete your order.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered factory direct by freight carriers within the United States only. Delivery takes 11 to 20 days from order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery for eligible equipment that is unused and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by placing fraudulent orders, interfering with the site, or copying site content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexaDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or the equipment, beyond the price you paid for the item concerned.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
